Course Access & Materials

When you join the course, you are given all the support and material that you need until the next exam date.
Whether you sit the exam or not, that is entirely up to you and it is a personal decision.
The course is a fixed period. You will lose access to the course resources and material after the course ends. This is usually on the exam day.
You will still lose access after the fixed period even if you haven’t used the study material.
There will be revision material and mocks uploaded nearer to the exam date (Access to these specific resources is strictly limited to students who have officially booked their exam).

Re-enrollment & Venue Transfers

Unbooked exams
- If you don’t book your exam and wish to join a future course, additional fees will apply without exception. If you previously paid the full course fee, you will typically be eligible for a 50% discount on your re-enrollment.

Venue Booking Issues
- If you have paid for your exam but you are unable to book a venue, you have to inform us immediately.
  We will remove you from the current course and transfer you to the following exam course (One time exception only and for one course only).
  If you wish to continue in the current course, then you will not be added to the following course without additional fees.

Extensions & Subscriptions

Part A
- If you fail your exam, we can provide an exception and could offer you a free course extension.
  All the following circumstances have to apply, to be considered for a free extension.
  - You sat the exam and failed
  - You have previously paid full course fees.
  - You are booked to sit the very next available exam (proof of booking is required).
  - You have only attended one previous course with us, and have not been offered a previous extension.
Part B
- Under all circumstances, Part B access strictly expires on your exam day or after 12 months (whichever is sooner), regardless of whether you failed the exam or used the course materials.

Important First Step: Upon joining the course, please make sure you watch the orientation lecture before asking any questions.

Main - for general discussion
Notes - for important notes & images
so they don’t get lost in the main discussion group
Lectures - for lecture links and recorded lectures
Posting - the admins will post questions on this group. We encourage active participation.
